Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, upholding Crescent's high standards of quality.

The role involves attending pre-event roll calls, greeting guests, meeting expectations, replenishing drinks, and resetting rooms for subsequent functions while ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room per Supervisor instructions with linens, service ware and glassware.
• Attend pre-event roll call meetings to learn function details and guest/hotel expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food/beverage in order to Supervisor's specifications; clear dishes as courses end.
• Comply with state, federal and company rules for serving alcohol.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room after function to prepare for next event.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
