Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a banquet server to set up and service events with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, serve courses and beverages, and ensure smooth execution of functions according to Crescent standards.

Responsibilities include stocking beverages, maintaining service areas, and resetting rooms for subsequent events. English communication, teamwork, and professionalism are required.

• Professional appearance and manners at all times.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, serviceware and glassware as instructed.
• Attend roll calls to learn function specifics and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a courteous manner.
• Serve food/beverage per supervisor's standards; clear dishes when courses end.
• Abide by all laws regarding alcoholic beverages.
• Replenish beverages and verify guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room for the next function after completion.
• Maintain attendance and be available on a regular basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
