The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Banquets Manager: Operations - Food & Beverage to lead all banquet events, manage staffing and room assignments, and uphold the highest standards of service across functions.

You will coordinate with Event Management, the kitchen, and front-of-house teams to ensure flawless execution, staffing, and scheduling. Strong communication and sanitation practices are essential in this luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Comprehend reading materials, speak, read and write English.
• Neat in appearance and well groomed.
• Maintain proper associate uniform standards and footwear which is slip esistant and polished.
• To ensure superior service and sanitation standards, all rooms and table top utensils must be detailed and presentable prior to every function.

Responsibilities

• Review all banquet orders, staffing plans, and room/station assignments.
• Communicate changes within Banquet Department and with kitchen and support areas.
• Ensure timely setup of all functions and maintain standards of service.
• Coordinate with Event Management, guests, and banquet staff for needs and issues.
• Maintain weekly payroll, timekeeping, and staff scheduling.
• Attend F&B meetings and relay information to staff.
