Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley is seeking a Banquet Server to join our service team. You will help deliver seamless events with attentive hospitality, greet guests, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure flawless dining experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of server experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The starting pay rate for this position is $27 - $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of server experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail and high service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Able to adhere to timelines in setup and service execution.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Obtain applicable state/local health and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge them by name when possible.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Present checks and process payments, including gratuities per policy.
• Coordinate with kitchen for menu clarifications and dietary needs.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper safety practices throughout the shift.
• Record transactions in the system at the time of order.
• Close out shift with proper restocking and cleaning duties.
