Job summary

Invited seeks a Banquet Server to deliver outstanding food and beverage service at private events for members and guests. You will apply Invited’s three-step service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while working with the banquet team to ensure smooth, memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior banquet or event F&B serving experience, with strong communication and the ability to adapt to dynamic event environments.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or event service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards during events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Foster a positive atmosphere through proactive service.
• Address member/guest concerns promptly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas and maintain clean work spaces.
• Complete daily side work and restock supplies.
• Support event setup and breakdown, including table arrangements and décor.
