Responsibilities

• Supervise setup and cleanliness of function rooms and inventory.
• Oversee alcohol service in compliance with regulations.
• Enforce cash handling policies and SOX compliance.
• Enter billing in POS to generate final guest checks.
• Monitor staff attendance and adapt stations for peak service.
• Maintain service standards through ongoing staff training.
• Follow safety guidelines and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
