Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead the banquet staff and oversee all food and beverage services for events. You will train the team, ensure adherence to hotel standards, and coordinate with catering, AV, and kitchen staff to deliver flawless banquet experiences.

The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, setup supervision, inventory management and maintaining a safe, clean event space. Strong leadership and F&B knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising banquet staff in hotel or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, service standards and F&B policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to train and coach team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff, servers, bar porters and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate all food and beverage service for banquet events according to BEOs.
• Train staff on hotel standards, set ups, timing and guest service expectations.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and ensure proper storage and sanitation.
