Sodexo is seeking a Banquet Supervisor at HARD ROCK STADIUM in Miami Gardens. The role oversees banquet and catered event operations, supervising Captains and Servers to ensure events meet BEOs, service standards, and client expectations.

Open shifts vary; the position requires prior banquet or catering leadership, POS familiarity, and compliance with alcohol-service training and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in banquet or event operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and event service processes.
• TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet and catered event operations on-site.
• Supervise Banquet Captains and Banquet Servers.
• Ensure events follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and client expectations.
• Manage staffing, service execution, and issue resolution.
• Support setup, service, breakdown, and safety compliance.
