Job summary

The Banquet Supervisor at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino oversees banquet staff and coordinates all food and beverage services for events. You will train the team and ensure hotel standards for setup, maintenance and smooth operation of banquet functions.

Key duties include scheduling, station sheets, floor plans and room setup per BEOs, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, and coordinating with Catering, Sales, AV and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet operations and customer service preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff, servers, bar porters and bartenders.
• Coordinate all food and beverage services for banquet events.
