Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City seeks an experienced Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet staff, coordinate all food and beverage services, and ensure events run smoothly. You will train the banquet team and uphold hotel standards for setups and operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, event preparation, room setup, inventory, and collaboration with Catering/Sales, AV, Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• 2-5 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Cash handling knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff, servers, bar porters and bartenders; coordinate all food and beverage services within the banquet department.
• Train banquet team and enforce hotel standards for banquet setups and operations.
• Schedule to ensure maximum coverage and supervise event details.
• Prepare teams for upcoming functions with station sheets and floor plans.
• Oversee banquet room setup according to BEOs and maintain cleanliness of spaces and equipment.
• Work with Catering/Sales, AV, Kitchen teams to ensure smooth events.
