Job summary

The Banquet Supervisor at Invited oversees all banquet operations, ensures smooth event execution, coordinates setup, service, and breakdown, and maintains Invited service standards while engaging with members and guests.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, coordinating with the Event Sales Director, reviewing BEOs, ensuring timely food service, and accurate post-event follow-up and payment processing.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet staff according to club procedures.
• Provide banquet service training to maintain Invited standards.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Director for proper staffing.
• Review BEOs and logs to align setups with function sheets.
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction; handle post-event follow-up.
