Job summary

Invited Clubs in Colorado operates a dynamic banquet program, delivering seamless events and memorable guest experiences. The Banquet Supervisor will lead setup, service, and breakdown while upholding Invited service standards and safety guidelines.

You'll recruit and coach banquet staff, coordinate with sales for staffing, and ensure timely food and beverage service. This role emphasizes interactions with members, guests, and team members to achieve high-quality events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related F&B.
• Preferred certifications in food safety, alcohol safety, CPR or related.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, service and breakdown of banquet functions to ensure quality.
• Recruit, develop and performance manage banquet staff per club procedures.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Director for staffing and execution.
• Ensure timely service of food and beverages and adherence to standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and safe, sanitary conditions per service standards.
• Record information in MOD logs and interact with members and guests.
• Complete additional duties assigned by management.
