Job summary

Invited invites a Banquet Supervisor to join our hospitality team across private clubs. You will oversee banquet operations, ensure seamless event setup, service, and breakdown, and maintain Invited service standards while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing banquet staff, coordinating with Event Sales, reviewing BEOs, and ensuring safety and compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in restaurant, banquet, or club-related field within the F&B industry.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage banquet staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Recruit, develop, and performance-manage banquet service personnel.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Director for staffing and seamless execution of private events.
• Review BEOs and logs to ensure accurate function details and adjustments as needed.
• Ensure timely service of food and beverages and adherence to Invited standards.
