Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Boerne, Texas, seeks a Banquet Manager to oversee daily banquet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with SOPs and LSOPs. You will supervise banquet associates, hire and train staff, review the Banquet Event Orders, manage revenue and payroll, and coordinate with customers to deliver high-end events with accuracy and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of post-high school education and experience in hospitality operations;

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• 1–2 years of related hotel/banquet experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banquet/catering services and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Banquet associates and events.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
