Sodexo Group is seeking a part-time Banquet Supervisor at the COLORADO CONVENTION CENTER in Denver. You will lead on-site banquet operations, coordinating captains and servers to meet BEOs and client expectations, while maintaining service standards and safety.

Role involves overseeing events from small meetings to large functions, working in venue settings and potentially off-site catering, with emphasis on staffing, setup, service, breakdown, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in banquet or event operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and coordination of banquet and catered event operations.
• Supervise Banquet Captains and Banquet Servers; ensure events follow BEOs and client expectations.
• Oversee staffing, service execution, safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
