Job summary

Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove is seeking a Banquets Manager to coordinate and uphold service standards for all events, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. The role leads the banquets team, providing guidance, training, and strategic execution across hotel departments to deliver memorable experiences.

The position demands strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple events with professionalism and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or industry training equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years' hospitality experience required.
• Licenses or certificates as required by law.
• Grooming: neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Mr. C standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the banquets team to deliver exceptional guest service at events.
• Ensure adherence to hotel service standards and hospitality excellence.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotel departments for seamless event execution.
• Develop and coach staff to maintain standards and service quality.
• Oversee banquet event planning and execution.
• Monitor operations and implement improvements.
• Collect and act on guest feedback to enhance experience.
