Oak View Group is seeking a Lead Banquet Captain to lead the banquet function, ensuring flawless service and guest satisfaction across events. You will guide staff on the floor, coordinating with culinary and operations teams to deliver polished hospitality.

This hands-on, part-time role pays $18.00 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Position remains open until February 5, 2027.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
• 6+ months leading banquets is preferred.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the setup, execution, and breakdown of both remote and stationary retail food/bar locations.
• Sets up and tends bar as required.
• Organizes and delegates tasks to staff before, during, and after retail & catering events.
• Assists Managers with Bar, Retail, and Catering Inventories.
• Take and pass alcoholic beverage service training.
• Reviews assigned banquet staff functions and banquet menus prior to the scheduled event.
• Conducts pre-banquet meetings with staff to ensure appearance and hygiene standards are met, assign stations and partners, and review banquet event orders.
• Communicates with the Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager or event coordinator to ensure details are planned and met.
