Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a detail‑oriented Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and common areas to luxury standards. The role requires evening shifts (4pm–11pm), weekends and holidays, with no on‑site relocation.

You will help prepare rooms, staff areas, and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates must be able to lift up to 40lb, stand for long periods, and communicate in basic English.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.
• Basic English is required.
• Standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Remove used towels and replace with clean ones from Linen Closet.
• Wipe down wet surfaces in the bathroom and tidy room spaces.
• Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings; close drapes and adjust lighting.
• Restock amenities (shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery).
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms.
• Assist in Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant duties when needed.

What we expect:

• Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
• Wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
• Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check‑out rooms when needed.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant.
