Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Setup Person responsible for the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces, ensuring that tables, chairs, and room arrangements meet high standards of presentation and functionality. You will collaborate with service and Event Sales staff to support seamless event execution and enhance member and guest satisfaction.

Day-to-day duties include setting up equipment per floor plans, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food running and bussing, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service is required or preferred.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to event orders and floor plans.
• Tear down and reset rooms after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas.
• Assist service and banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Collaborate with members, guests, and staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Address last-minute changes professionally and promptly.
