Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic skills for handling payments and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, service-oriented guest service and maintain professional appearance.
• Read Banquet Event Orders and be familiar with the assigned function’s menu.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously according to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest problems and refer to management as needed.
• Maintain banquet storeroom neatly and restock supplies for events.
• Complete side work and attend required meetings as scheduled.
• Follow safety rules and know fire exits and extinguishers.
