Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service and cleanup of banquet functions to meet hotel standards.
• Supervise banquet staff and coordinate with Sales and Catering managers.
• Respond to guest issues, complaints and emergencies promptly.
• Schedule banquet staff to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming events.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and hotel safety policies.
