Job summary

Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a banquet kitchen team member for full-time/part-time roles. You will prepare and serve all banquet foods, work multiple stations, and maintain a clean, stocked work area to ensure guest satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Produce and serve all foods for the banquet kitchen at Chula Vista, including: entrees, sides, salads, sauces and soups.
• Work several different stations, including: prep, carver, sauté and dessert.
• Create the highest guest satisfaction possible by having a clean, organized, well stocked work area. Perform and complete other assigned duties.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications - Education

Required- High School Diploma

Experience

Required- 1 year experience working as a banquet kitchen

Preferred- 2 year experience as a hotel restaurant and/or banquet kitchen

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be trainable and take instruction to learn position.
