Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a banquet kitchen team member for full-time/part-time roles. You will prepare and serve all banquet foods, work multiple stations, and maintain a clean, stocked work area to ensure guest satisfaction.

Excellent English communication is required. A high school diploma and 1 year of banquet kitchen experience are preferred; 2 years in hotel restaurant/banquet kitchen is a plus. Must be capable of lifting 20 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and serve all banquet foods for the banquet kitchen.
• Work several different stations: prep, carver, sauté and dessert.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well stocked work area.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Support daily department goals and performance expectations.
