Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Banquet Cook to support our full-service hotels in the Atlanta area. You will prepare food to brand specs, document rotations, and maintain safety standards while providing excellent guest experiences.

Minimum 1 year of cooking in full-service restaurants or hotels is required, with open weekday/weekend availability. Competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package support ongoing professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Properly document all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
