Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years culinary experience in restaurants/hotels.
• Minimum of 2+ years banquet cooking experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must follow in-house safety program and conduct health inspections.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all food for banquet events at W Scottsdale.
• Communicate needs for all Banquet Event Orders.
• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper setup and staffing for banquet events.
• Develop and motivate kitchen staff.
