This role emphasizes leadership—coaching staff, menu planning for events, maintaining safety, and collaborating with front-of-house to deliver seamless service.

Qualificações

• Experience in a professional kitchen, banquet or catering.
• Strong food safety and kitchen sanitation knowledge.
• Proven leadership to motivate a diverse, creative team.
• Able to work fast-paced events with high standards.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and team orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes per banquet orders.
• Inspire, coach, and develop the team.
• Assist in menu creation for events.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team for timely service.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, proper storage.
• Support Executive and Sous Chef in training staff.
• Communicate with front-of-house for seamless events.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
