Job summary

Northampton Country Club in Easton, PA is seeking dedicated individuals to join its back-of-house team. The role supports upscale and casual dining across events, with six days of operation weekly and year-round banquet service.

Responsibilities include preparing items for service, setting up stations, maintaining sanitary workspace, and assisting the Sous Chef. ServSafe certification is preferred, and prior kitchen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a back-of-house kitchen environment preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work six days a week and adapt to a banquet facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required items for service.
• Set up service units with needed items.
• Serve items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
• Notify Sous Chef of expected shortages.
• Ensure assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitary.
• Set up, maintains and breaks down assigned station.
• Requisitions items needed to produce menu items.
• Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
• Assist with other duties as instructed by the Sous Chef.

Northampton Country Club is looking for dedicated individuals to join its back of house team. We are a medium sized Club that operates six (6) days a week in our Banquet Facility year-round. We offer upscale fine dining, casual, and grab-and-go style dining at our banquet facility. Types of events that we host include weddings, galas, fundraisers, birthday parties, golf tournaments, business meetings, and everything in between.Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Prepare all required items for serviceSet up service units with needed itemsServes items in accordance with established portions and presentation standardsNotifies Sous Chef of expected shortagesEnsures assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitarySets up, maintains and breaks down assigned stationRequisitions items needed to produce menu itemsAdheres to state and local health and safety regulationsAssists with other duties as instructed by the Sous ChefThis position reports directly to the Sous Chef and then the Executive Chef.ServSafe Certification is PreferredPrior Experience is Preferred
