Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• RAMP Certification to pass the certification test.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet area according to plan provided by Events Manager.
• Cloth and set tables according to Club standards.
• Attend pre-meal staff meeting.
• Greet and provide high level of cordial and efficient service to banquet guests upon arrival.
• Take beverage orders and serve cocktails as required.
• Take food orders and serve food according to club standards.
• Maintain assigned tables throughout service – water, butter, cocktails, coffee.
• Clear soiled dishes, glassware and silverware. Stack safely on bus trays.
• Assist with removal of bus trays to the kitchen.
• Remain attentive to guests from start to finish of service.
• Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
• Break down and clean all assigned work areas in kitchen and banquet rooms.
• Reset room for next event as advised by manager.
• Clean and return all chafers and banquet equipment to their proper locations.
