Back Creek Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Cook to join our team. Create delicious meals for guests at corporate events, weddings, and celebrations. Part-time positions available with a la carte shifts in the tavern to supplement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma
• Culinary School Degree preferred
• 2 years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas
• Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times
• Must have excellent communication skills

Aufgaben

• Determine how food should be presented, create decorative food displays
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
• Carve buffet meats as requested by guests
• Support banquet and buffet by ensuring adequate stock of all items
• Follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the facility is of the highest priority
• Coordinate events with Golf Course operating departments to provide best service
• Follow standardized recipes set forth by management
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and tactfully
• At all times, present a favorable image

• To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests
