Job Description

Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service by preparing high-quality beverages for guests.

Job Duties

• Open and close the bar
• Make and serve drinks
• Clean tables and bar area
• Maintain storage and inventory of alcohol
• Restock items as needed
• Mix ingredients for cocktails and drinks
• Display knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
• Be familiar with hotel property and amenities

Job Requirements

• Previous bartending experience or training
• Must be 21 years or older
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Knowledge of Micros system is a plus
• Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink recipes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Clean background and reliable transportation
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
