Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Supervisor Bankruptcy to lead a team of Bankruptcy Case Managers and ensure efficient performance against defined metrics. You will oversee training, policy maintenance, and cross-department collaboration to resolve escalated issues.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, 6+ years in bankruptcy/mortgage services, and 1–2 years of leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• 6+ years of bankruptcy or mortgage service-related experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of Bankruptcy Case Managers.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Train new hires on systems of record, guidelines, and standards.
• Track and analyze departmental data and report on activities.
• Assist with attorney billing and invoice approval.
