Royal Business Bank in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Training and Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs assessment, curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation. You will ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/AML) and partner with departments to build workforce capability and leadership development.

The role covers design and delivery of in-person and virtual sessions, development of learning materials, and management of an LMS strategy to support

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, HR, OD or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in training, instructional design, or organizational development.

Mansioni

• Leads onboarding curriculum development and delivery across HR, operations, compliance and customer service.
• Delivers in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Designs and maintains training materials, e-learning modules, job aids, simulations and assessments.
• Partners with department managers to tailor content to needs and succession planning.
• Develops leadership development and skills-based pathways to support growth.
• Creates annual training plans aligned with goals and audits.
• Manages LMS scheduling, tracking and reporting.
