Qualifications

• Two or more years experience preferred in financial sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate PC skills are required; MS Office and Windows necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong mathematical skills.
• Schedule to include extended branch and Saturday hours.
• Ability to travel throughout the branch network within 15 miles.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, Highly Desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to members and cross-sell products.
• Travel throughout branch network to staff all locations within 15 miles.
• Process financial transactions accurately: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans.
• Identify members and verify authenticity of items to prevent fraud.
• Manage new accounts and related platform functions; handle inquiries.
• Handle loan applications, underwriting preparation, funding processing.
• Support branch sales goals and strengthen member relationships.
• Monitor income and expenses; contribute to branch profitability.
• Adhere to Credit Union policies and BSA regulations; attend training.
• Assist other departments as requested; perform related duties.
