Job summary

Responsibilities

Learn teller transactions and return to the location to work the teller line.
Attend New Accounts training and return to open new accounts.
Attend training at Central Operations to learn back-office functions including Bookkeeping, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Wires, Collections and Consumer Loans.
Travel to Grand Junction to understand the Grand Junction department such as Electronic Banking and the Communication Center.
Travel to Loan Operations center to gain understanding of Loan Operations, Mortgage, Loan Administrators and Credit Analyst.
Learn the Bank's lending functions as the last step.
Carry out bank's vision, mission and values and provide exceptional service to customers.
