Job summary

Alpine Bank in Colorado is seeking an Officer Trainee to develop toward a Lending Officer role. The program spans about one year with structured training across teller, new accounts, back office operations and lending functions.

Participants will rotate through multiple departments, travel to Grand Junction, and gain hands-on experience while receiving mentoring and career development. Starting pay is competitive and promotion depends on completing all program phases.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all elements of the Officer training program.
• Learn teller transactions and work the teller line.
• Attend New Accounts training and open accounts.
• Learn back office functions: Bookkeeping, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Wires, Collections and Consumer Loans.
• Travel to Grand Junction to understand the department there.
• Travel to Loan Operations to learn Mortgage, Loan Administrators and Credit Analyst duties.
• Learn the Bank's lending functions in a final phase.
