Qualifications

• Valid CO driver’s license required.
• Possession or ability to obtain NMLS license.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete a year-long Officer Trainee program.
• Learn teller transactions, new accounts, and back-office functions.
• Travel to Grand Junction and Loan Operations center for exposure.
• Participate in all training steps and apply learning to future banking roles.
• Maintain on-site attendance and uphold the bank's vision and values.
