Alpine Bank is seeking an Officer Trainee in Colorado to develop through a structured year-long program toward a Lending Officer role. The program includes teller work, New Accounts, and extensive back-office training across departments, with travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher is required.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar is preferred.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver's License, required.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid NMLS License, required.

Responsibilities

• Must participate in a year-long training program and attend all phases.
• Learn teller transactions and return to the teller line.
• Attend New Accounts training and open new accounts.
• Train at Central Operations to learn back-office functions including Bookkeeping, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Wires, Collections and Consumer Loans.
• Travel to Grand Junction to learn Grand Junction department operations.
• Travel to Loan Operations center to understand Mortgage, Loan Administration and Credit analysis functions.
• Learn the bank's lending functions and progress toward Banking Officer role.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while in the Officer Trainee program.
