Responsibilities

• Learn teller transactions and return to the teller line at their location.
• Attend New Accounts training and open new accounts.
• Train at Central Operations for back-office functions including Bookkeeping, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Wires, Collections and Consumer Loans.
• Travel to Grand Junction to learn about the department and related functions.
• Visit the Loan Operations center to understand Mortgage, Loan Administrators and Credit Analysis.
• Learn the Bank's lending functions as the final step.
