• No prior banking experience required; training program provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a year-long Officer Trainee program with structured steps.
• Learn teller operations, new accounts, back-office functions, and lending operations.
• Travel to Grand Junction and Loan Operations center to gain department knowledge.
• Develop leadership and customer service skills while contributing to Alpine Bank’s growth.
