Trainees will rotate through teller operations, new accounts, and back-office functions, including bookkeeping, compliance, and loan operations. Travel to Grand Junction and other centers will be required.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required as part of the program.
• Participates in all elements of the Officer training program.
• Learns teller transactions and returns to the teller line.
• Attends New Accounts training and opens new accounts.
• Gains understanding of back office functions including Bookkeeping, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, Wires, Collections and Consumer Loans.
• Travels to Grand Junction to learn about departments such as Electronic Banking and the Communication Center.
• Travels to Loan Operations to understand Mortgage, Loan Administrators and Credit Analyst.
• Learns the Bank's lending functions.
