• Strong knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems for banking.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs and Network Video Recorders connected to remote systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer focus and ability to meet customer needs.
• Advanced communication skills (oral and written).
• Adaptability to changing situations or information.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up and ATM-related equipment for banking.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace remote units; provide training and support.
• Respond to customer service calls and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Estimate cost, time, and materials for replacement equipment and projects.
• Maintain, calibrate, and service equipment per policies and regulations.
