Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking equipment including ATMs, vaults, drive-up systems, CCTV, and alarms. The role emphasizes world-class service, strong communication, and a team culture focused on growth and integrity.

You will work on diverse banking installations, respond to service calls, and contribute to preventative maintenance while aligning with Convergint's safety standards and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) and Network Video Recorders (NVRs) connected to the remote system.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and meeting the needs of the customer.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Adaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or information.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services drive up, locksmith and electronic systems.
• Responds to service calls and maintains remote drive up units.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces components of remote units and electronics.
• Mentors less experienced staff with technical knowledge and experience.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and industry standards.
