Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; business or financial environment experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work and respond to customers efficiently.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answers all retail and basic commercial customer inquiries via phone, email, secure messages, or chat.
• Performs account transactions including payments and transfers.
• Assists customers with Telephone Banking and Online Banking inquiries and training.
• Addresses Debit Card questions including activations and PIN resets; handles disputes.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers to Customer Support Specialist IIs and Seniors.
