Starting October 12, 2026, the schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating Saturdays. On-site location: 300 High St, Hamilton, OH 45011.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding bank products and services through phone, email, social media, and chat.
• Provide a high level of customer service while working toward first-contact resolution.
• Research customer accounts and utilize available resources to resolve questions or concerns.
• Accurately complete customer account transactions and maintenance requests.
• Assist customers with questions related to loan products and other banking services.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate sales associate.
