Job summary

Truist in Macon, GA is hiring for a Regular full-time role focused on delivering timely, accurate client transactions and superior service. You will guide clients through complex and standard transactions, educate on digital banking, and support sales through outbound outreach.

The position emphasizes IRM integration, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to policies. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling complex and standard transactions, and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach, assessing offers, and routing leads to the right team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
