Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician in New Jersey to service existing customers, respond to service calls, and support programs and small projects. You will work on drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking equipment, including ATM/TCR systems, with a focus on reliable customer service and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years in related banking equipment fields and offers growth within Convergint’s culture and team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic systems specific to the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services drive‑up equipment and ATM/TCR systems.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces components of remote units and network equipment.
• Responds to service calls, maintenance calls, and after-hours calls in a timely manner.
• Acts as mentor to less experienced staff and supports project work as needed.
