- 8+ years in professional services or delivery roles in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
- At least 3 years in people leadership.
- Proven ability to lead multi-workstream engagements.
- Experience translating customer requirements into technical specs.
- Strong executive-facing presence with senior banking clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee legacy LFI portfolio management with timely T&M change requests.
- Lead new LFI engagements on the A3 SaaS platform with program-level rigor.
- Mentor consultants on program management, risk, and communications.
- Provide technical delivery guidance and requirements translation.
- Balance daily delivery with long-term strategic projects.
- Maintain executive relationships and client satisfaction.
- Track budgets, LOEs, and revenue across the growth portfolio.
