Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank.
• Preferred area of experience: financial services sales, telephone sales; one year experience in a licensed sales role.
• License or Certification: Series 6 or 7, 63 and state life licenses or obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Required skills: structured sales process, financial guidance, financial literacy, knowledge of retail banking products.

Responsibilities

• Sales – Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results; engage with customers and referrals.
• Service Standards – Foster partnerships, uncover sales/referral opportunities, address customer needs, and leverage tools.
• Operations and Administration – Comply with regulations and policies, complete training, ensure transaction accuracy and efficiency.
