Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years in sales, customer service, or lending.
• Experience in retail banking products and services is a plus.
• Licensing program within 12 months if required.

Responsibilities

• Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales opportunities and provide financial guidance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required training; manage operational risk.
• Handle deposits and related banking services with transaction accuracy and efficiency.
