Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Take ownership by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions
• Achieve sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and outreach
• Handle customer inquiries with timely resolution and strong follow-up
• Maintain accurate transactions, account openings, and regulatory compliance
